2Products & Orders

Images/colors may vary slightly. Orders must include accurate info. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel fraudulent/unavailable orders.

3Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Payment accepted via KNET, Visa, Mastercard. Prices may change anytime.

4Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Kuwait (and may expand internationally). Delivery times are estimates. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

5Returns & Exchanges

• You may exchange a product, or return it for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed.
• The product must be unopened and unused, in its original condition and packaging with the wrapping or seal intact, with your order number or invoice.
• Fragrance products (sprays, oils, refills, candles, diffusers) cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as you notice, with a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, delivery included, at no cost to you.
• For change-of-mind returns, we collect the item from your address in Kuwait free of charge and refund the product price; the original delivery fee is not refunded.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method (KNET or card) within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

• This policy does not limit your rights under Kuwait’s consumer protection law.

7Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kuwait law. Disputes handled in Kuwaiti courts.

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
